Services
We provide gym equipment servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance plans for Concept2 equipment, Echo & Assault Bikes, barbells and functional fitness equipment across the South West.
Bookings & Scheduling
Service visits are scheduled based on availability, and we'll confirm appointment times directly with the customer.
Pricing & Payment
Pricing for one-off services, repairs and maintenance plans is provided on request or as quoted. Payment is due as agreed at time of booking or invoicing.
Cancellations
Customers should give reasonable notice to cancel or reschedule a booked visit. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Guarantee
Our workmanship is covered by a 2 year guarantee. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or third-party interference after service.
6Liability
We carry out all work with care and to a professional standard, but are not liable for pre-existing faults or damage not caused by our service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
